IWiCDR is an initiative to encourage the promotion and success of female legal practitioners in handling commercial disputes and unconventional commercial areas of legal practice. IWiCDR aims to work towards providing a forum for its members to understand and discuss such aspects of a Business Environment such as economic, social, technological, competitive, and regulatory that help in building/fostering/strengthening legal practice in commercial sectors.

IWiCDR also aims to provide a platform to grow networks and build relationships to develop the next generation of leading female practitioners handling commercial disputes swiftly. The initiative is committed to breaking the stereotypical rhetoric of relegating a working woman to back stand premised on a lack of grit to indulge in complex matters and to encourage women to think outside the deep-rooted preferences that women are conditioned to be naturally attracted to.
