Dr. Malvika Singh, a gold medalist from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, is a practising Advocate at the High Court of Punjab and Haryana for the past 12 years. She started her career with Khaitan & Co Mumbai, a tier 1 law firm in Mumbai, and transitioned into private practice after serving as State Counsel (Asst. Advocate General) for State of Punjab for five years. During this time, she completed her masters in law and Phd in Law. She regularly writes articles in newspapers and magazines and has written three books. Apart from this, recently she has been associated with the Haryana Police Academy as Resource Person to conduct training programmes on the three new Criminal Laws -- BNS, BNSS, BSA, 2023.  She is also a founding member of the Legal Awareness and Free Legal Aid Society for Women — and has conducted 13 pro bono cases in 2022-2023.
